Lightweight 1 density SUP EPS Foam Blanks

Suggested Glassing Schedule: 2 layers 6 oz x 38″ wide E-cloth on the deck and 1 layer 6 oz x 38″ wide E-cloth on the bottom.

We offer stock pre-cut outlines on our SUP blanks to save you 1/2 the shaping time. Rectangular blank cuts and custom outline cuts are available upon request. 

Stand Up Paddleboards do not require a traditional wood stringer for strength. The thickness of the board coupled with 2 layers of fiberglass wrapping around the rails prevent snapping in normal use. We do recommend, however, laminating some type of carbon fiber to the bottom as a stiffener. This provides the same stiffening characteristics as a wood stringer with no additional weight and minimal cost. Plus, the labor of shaping a wood stringer down is eliminated. 

We offer basswood stringers as an option for those of you who want to include a wood stringer. 

Blanks 7’7″ and above must ship on a freight truck.
